1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeet platform and the user ("Member"). "Platform" refers to jeet's website, mobile app and any other digital channel through which jeet's services are available.

"Service" refers to the casino games, live casino, sports betting and other entertainment activities offered through jeet. "Transaction" refers to all financial activities relating to deposits, withdrawals and bonuses.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply equally to all sections of the jeet platform — casino, sports betting, promotions and support services. If a specific section has its own separate terms, those terms will apply alongside these general Terms, and in the event of any conflict the specific terms will take precedence.

1.2 Right to Make Changes

jeet reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on the jeet platform and use its services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. jeet may request an identity document or other proof of age at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure, and any funds deposited while underage may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. Having more than one account ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be completely accurate and correct. Providing false or incomplete information is a direct breach of these Terms. For more details on the identity verification process, please read our Privacy Policy.

2.4 Account Security

Members are responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the jeet support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

jeet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally credited to the account promptly. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name when making deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

If any transaction fails due to an incorrect mobile number or account details, the responsibility lies with the member. It is each member's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before completing a transaction. jeet reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious or unusual transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at jeet, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses are for entertainment use only — they are not direct cash. Completing the specified wagering requirement before withdrawing any bonus winnings is mandatory. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

jeet's weekly reload rewards, Friday Slots Festival, live table specials and other promotions each have their own terms. The terms for each promotion are listed separately on the promotions page and should be read alongside these general bonus terms.

4.4 Preventing Abuse

jeet reserves the right to suspend or close any account and cancel bonuses and winnings if a member is found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. After a result is announced, jeet's decision is final. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, jeet reserves the right to determine the correct result and adjust payments accordingly.

5.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the scheduled time, jeet will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules. Separate rules apply depending on the sport in cases of a tie or draw.

5.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent and impartial. In live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final and no complaints regarding that decision will be accepted.

5.4 Betting Limits

jeet reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. The betting limits shown in a specific game apply at that time and may change.

6. VIP Program

jeet's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Cashback is also a bonus and its own wagering requirements apply.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a member's overall activity and contribution, and is based on jeet's assessment. jeet reserves the right to change the VIP program terms or discontinue the program, but existing members will be notified in advance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet platform:

• Money laundering or circulating funds from illegal sources
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using any bot, script or automated tool to play games or place bets
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software
• Rude or threatening behaviour toward other members or jeet staff
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to a third party
• Depositing with third-party funds or withdrawing on behalf of a third party

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

jeet is committed to protecting members' personal information. Information provided at registration and thereafter is used solely for operating and improving the service. All transactions and personal data are secured using SSL encryption technology.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 jeet's Rights

jeet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or security-related reasons. In such cases, jeet may hold the associated funds until the investigation is complete.

9.2 Member's Rights

Any member may close their account at any time of their own choosing. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all available funds before closing the account. Members must contact the support team to request account closure.

10. Customer Support and Complaints

jeet's support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

For any complaint or dispute, please contact the support team first. After a complaint is raised, jeet will review it and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, there is an option to escalate the complaint to a higher level.

11. Limitation of Liability

jeet is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection or third-party service failure. If a connection is lost mid-game due to the member's device or internet connection, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.

jeet is not liable for service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government directives. However, every effort will be made to protect members' funds in such situations.

12. Mobile Application

jeet's Android and iOS mobile apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply in full to use of the service through the app. jeet does not take responsibility for the security of apps downloaded from third-party sources.

13. Applicable Law and Final Provisions

These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by applicable law. If any condition is found to be legally unenforceable, only that condition will be void — the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.

The Bengali version of this document is the authoritative and final version. In the event of any difference in translation or interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
